Why Do You Need a Dog License?
A Napa County dog license may be your lost dog's ticket home! Also, per California State, Health and Safety regulations (H. & S 121690): Every dog owner, after his/her dog attains the age of four months, shall secure a license for the dog as provided by the city or county in which you reside.
